A Summer of Change

Our Summer 2026 cohort paired paid work with environmental stewardship. By July, young people had removed 147 invasive honeysuckle stumps, expanded community access to the Hackberry Trail into two new sections, and installed a new pergola at the Groundwork Indy nature park

Green Team - Paid work experience for youth ages 14-18, with hands-on environmental learning, workforce skill-building, and leadership development.

GroundCorp Plus  - Paid workforce training for young adults ages 18-30, combining green job training, community projects, and workforce certifications that lead to skilled trade pathways.
